My Story

Hi, I’m Indy Lou! 🌸

Life hasn’t always been easy for me. I was living as a stray until Animal Control brought me to safety. When I first came to the rescue, I was pretty scared. Everything felt new and overwhelming. But every day, I’m learning that people can be kind, the world isn’t so scary, and that I’m finally safe.

I’m a sweet, gentle girl with a quiet heart. Once I get to know you, you’ll see my soft, loving personality begin to shine. I enjoy being around other dogs—they help me feel more confident, and I get along well with them. Having a calm canine friend in my forever home would be a wonderful bonus!

I’m also working hard on my leash skills. Walking on a leash is still new to me, but I’m making progress every day. With a little patience, encouragement, and lots of love, I’ll continue to grow into the confident girl I’m meant to be.

I’m looking for a family that understands that trust takes time. I may not be the first one to run up and greet you, but if you give me the chance, I’ll reward you with quiet companionship, gentle affection, and a heart full of gratitude.

My Story

Hi there! My name is Greta, and I’m an outgoing, goofy, and super loving girl who’s currently hanging out in my foster home while I wait for my forever family. 💛

If you’re looking for a friendly companion who loves people, I might just be your perfect match! I absolutely adore humans—whether we’ve just met or I’ve known you forever, I’m always ready for pets, attention, and maybe a little cuddle time on the couch (okay… a lot of cuddle time).

I’m more of a “let’s take a nice walk and then relax together” kind of girl. I walk beautifully on a leash (I’ve been told I’m a total pro!) and enjoy getting outside, but I’m just as happy lounging around the house with you. I’m also house-trained, respectful of the home, and I can be trusted to hang out by myself without getting into trouble.

I’ve got a playful side too—I love chasing toys in the yard and being a little silly. I don’t bark much, I’m not bothered by loud noises, and I ride nicely in the car. Basically, I try to make life easy and fun for my people!

When it comes to other dogs, I can have friends and even enjoy playing, but I do appreciate slow introductions and a little structure—especially around food time, since I like my snacks to myself. Because of that, I’d do best with experienced dog owners who can help me keep good boundaries.

What really makes me special? I’m affectionate, loyal, and just genuinely happy to be with my people. Whether we’re going for a walk, relaxing at home, or just hanging out, I’ll be right there, loving every minute with you.
