Woodstock
Hey, my pyr people! I’m Woodstock, and I’m just as groovy as my music festival namesake. When I’m at the pad, that’s 60s slang for house, I like to keep it mellow by being around other chill dogs and people like me. Also, I am almost totally house-trained which my GPRA friends think is pretty far out! Peace and love is my vibe towards cats too. I’m curious about them, and it would be righteous if they wanted to play with me. Cats are cool, but my favorite way to hang loose is to go for a walk or a ride. We can jam to some rock ‘n’ roll just like the people at Woodstock did! Catching some rays would be a blast, and then we can come home and snuggle. Becoming a part of your family would be outta sight!

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
