My Story

Hi, I’m Willow šŸ’›

Not long ago, I was living deep in the woods in Murphy, North Carolina, with my mom (Juniper), my dad (Timber), and my nine siblings. It was really cold, and the wind was strong—but my parents did their very best to keep us safe, tucking us into a den beneath a huge uprooted tree.

Then one day, everything changed. Kind people found us and brought us to safety. We went from the cold woods to a warm, safe place where we could truly relax, grow, and just be puppies.

I’m currently in a foster home with some of my sisters (they’re also looking for homes!), but I can’t wait to have a family of my very own.

I’m a Great Pyrenees/Anatolian mix with big brown eyes that love to watch you as you talk—I’m a great listener šŸ’› I’m already showing my attentive personality, and I’m smart and eager to learn, which means I’ll be a joy to train.

From sleepy morning snuggles to happy daily walks, I’m ready to love deeply and live adventurously right by your side.

Could I be your Willow? 🐾

Am I not the cutest puppy ever? And how about my awesome red accessory? I’m a very lucky, 4-month-young, 20 lbs. (but growing!) little girl because GPRA is helping me with my club-paw and finding me a new home. Ā Four months is really a very short time to form much of a past, and even if I had one, there wasn’t anyone to tell me about it. Which means we’ll be learning about me together! Just like I hope we can play, snuggle, snack, and nap together. I’ll take a lot of naps because that’s when I grow. If you want to watch me grow, and surely get more adorable and lovable by the day, please email info@greatpyratlanta.com, click ā€œContact Usā€ or choose ā€œApply to Adoptā€ below.
