My “Z” name means I’m usually last, but I want to be first in your heart. I’m almost two-years-old and at 56 lbs., probably full grown considering my petite, girlish frame. GPRA saved me from a shelter so either I make up a lot of awesome stuff about myself so you want me, OR we spend some time getting to know each other. Let’s meet so you can pet me, scratch my ears, feed me treats, and get lost in my soulful eyes. I’ll stare adoringly back at you, wishing with my whole being you’ll choose me. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
