Tater Tot here! Yep, someone named me Tater Tot, and, yes, it makes me laugh every time I hear my name, too! One wandering day, I decided to stop and say hello to the friendly people at a veterinary office. Yes, I can certainly pick the humans who I know will help me. After Pyr pawing those good humans, they took me in. Although many efforts were taken to find my owners, no one claimed irresistible me. So now, I am with GPRA.
I heard a GPRA volunteer say that I am a true peach! (Well, thank you. And, thank you for transporting me to GPRA)!
Here are a few things GPRA has learned about me.
“Tater Tot did exceptionally well in the car. He was quiet and well-behaved. Although slightly nervous on his first car ride, he did great.”
“Tater Tot has an amazing temperament. He is a leaner and a human-loving Pyr that will want to be with his people a lot as well as have adequate couch time.”
So, do you think you’d like me to join you for your holiday celebrations? I promise to bring you lots of Pyr joy!
As GPRA learns more about me, I will update you.
Pyrly yours, Tater Tot

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
