Hello, Sweetheart! That’s my name; don’t wear it out! My GPRA friends tell me I’m a sweet young lady who will add more than a spoonful of sugar to your life. Even though I’m a little timid at first, I’ll stick to you like honey as soon as I get to know you. My GPRA transporter said I like to give lots of nuzzles! In fact, I’ve been told I am an excellent car rider too. When we’re done traveling, we can snuggle up on the couch together. After all, getting pets is one of my favorite activities. If you love an affectionate pyr, then I’m the pyr girl after your own heart!

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
