Great Pyrenees

Howdy everyone, I’m Sundance, a 4-year-old, 86 lb. boy who loves being named after half of that famous pair Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.  It’s just words though, because even though I’m clearly as handsome as Robert Redford, I’ll never rob a train or a bank. However, I might try sneaking extra food and treats since I got really hungry being a stray. Since I just don’t know much about myself, this is where my story ends, and OUR story begins. Want to meet, see if we can be best friends like Butch and Sundance—minus the horses and boots of course. Yeah? Great! Please email or click “Apply to Adopt” below so we can start shopping for matching cowboy hats!

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
