Hey, hey, hello! I am Shelby, a 10.5 year old senior boy, and I am a big boy at 110 lbs. I am finally putting down my paws and retiring from the farm life. My parents are a lot like me and retiring too, so they brought me back to GPRA so I can retire in style. I am looking for my big, comfy, forever sofa now. I am a really sweet and gentle boy who knows some manners and I love all people. I really like the female dogs, but prefer to the be the only male dog…you remember I am used to doing my job and be the big boy of the house. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
