My Story
Hello, Pyr People! It’s your girl, Sasha, here, and I’m absolutely thrilled to meet you. Do you know my name means “helper of mankind”? I’m great at helping people be happy because I’m so loving and affectionate. My GPRA friends can tell you that there’s nothing I love more than a good belly rub. Sometimes, I like to just lay down or sit beside you and get all the cuddles you can give me! I can also help you blow off steam by having you play ball with me. Chasing tennis balls is my favorite thing to do after snuggling! If you want to get refreshed on a nice long walk, I can help you do that too. I love taking walks; they are very fun and exciting. The holidays are coming, so you might want to hit up a coffee shop drive-through. I’m in because I’m an excellent car rider, and I enjoy seeing the sights! When we get home, you can brush my beautiful fur as we get cozy on the couch. I like being groomed! I’m such a happy girl just waiting for my fur-ever home. I can’t imagine a better start to the most wonderful time of the year than coming home with you!
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
