Hello, Friends! I’m Sadie, and did you know my name means princess? I’m not snobbish at all, though; in fact, I’m very sweet and affectionate! My manners are lady-like too; you can brush me and use a blow dryer, and I handle it with grace and a big pyr smile! My etiquette knowledge also extends to the palace; I’m housetrained. What’s more, I am calm in the car; a princess must ride well in her carriage! If you have some royal gardens, or a fenced-in backyard, I’d love to prance around on the grass too. Like any true noble, I get along with all my fellow subjects: people, cats, and dogs! We all want a fairy-tale ending, and what better way to start our happily ever after than taking me home!

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
