Hi, now it’s my turn. I am Ruby and all my littermates have just been adopted.
A wonderful family adopted our mama, Bella, and our older half-brother. A few weeks after the adoption, they learned that mama was pregnant, and we were on the way. (Surprise!)
Our mama is a GPRA rescue, full Great Pyrenees, and our dad is a German Shepherd (we were DNA tested)! So, this means that we are Germanees, the offspring of a German Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees.
Like every puppy, I have a short checklist of things that will help me grow up to be the very best Germanees I can be, which includes: lots of love, lots of patience, lots of training, lots of consistency, lots of exercise, and lots of time with our favorite humans.

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
