Hi, I’m Piper, a lovely 3 year old girl. I am shy when I first meet others. I am close to 60 lbs. I would do better in a home where there are no small kids under 10 years old. I have been in a wonderful home and it is hard for my mommy to do this, however, times have changed, at no fault of mine, and she feels that I need a home where I can have the attention that I deserve. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
