Great Pyrenees
Hi, pyr friends! I’m Puppy Paste! I’m positively pleased to meet you! Guess what? I prance perfectly on the leash, and I sit pretty in the car too. Foster Mama says I’m plum wonderful with cats, kids, and new people. Could anything be more pyr-tastic? My new foster family says it actually could because I also know sit, off, and down. You know what else makes me a pyr puppy paragon? I’m housetrained! I whine by the door to say, “Potty-time!” The only pyr-ticular, I mean particular, thing about me is I need a 6-foot fence because I’ve been known to dig under or jump over a shorter fence in my time. Classic pyr, am I right? Here’s the plain truth…I’m a peace-loving pup who just wants to be pampered and brought up properly with all the love and positive reinforcement in the world! Wanna take me home and make me a part of your pack?

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
