Orion
Hi! Have you ever wanted to pluck a star from the sky and keep it forever? Well, now’s your chance, sort of. Since I’m named for the Orion constellation, bringing this 1-year-old, 105 lb. boy home is really like adopting a star! And a housetrained one, too. I get along with other dogs and like both big and little kids. Even though I’m crate trained, you can go out, leave me home alone. I’ll wag and wag my tail with joy when you come home, and the house will look exactly the same way it did when you left. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
