I’m good with kids, dogs, cats, and leash walking. Get this, I even have this special harness to run next to you safely while you ride your bike. We can stay healthy together! And as if that’s not cool enough, I stand at the door and “talk” when I need to go outside, rarely bark, and will head straight to my people for comfort when I hear gunshots or fireworks. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
