My Story

Hi, I’m Lucy 💛

I’m currently in boarding and looking for a foster or forever family.

I’m a happy, friendly girl who just loves being around people—seriously, I’m a lobby favorite and soak up all the attention I can get! Everyone I meet becomes a new friend, and I’m always ready for pets (especially if I can give you my classic Pyr paw to ask for more 😉).

I enjoy getting out for walks and exploring—whether it’s a trail or a stroll down the driveway, I’m great on leash and love to sniff all the sights along the way. I might pull a little at times, but I’m still easy to handle and overall a great walking buddy. Nothing really phases me either—cars, noise, even a fast-moving Amazon truck didn’t bother me one bit!

I’ve got a gentle, easygoing nature and can settle nicely even in busy environments. I’ve been known to relax in the middle of a bustling lobby, happily laying by and enjoying all the love coming my way.

I’m also incredibly sweet and patient—I didn’t mind at all when they worked on getting those pesky ear mats out. I just leaned in for the attention!

If you’re looking for a loving, affectionate, and well-rounded companion, I could be your girl. I’d make a wonderful family dog and would be especially great with kids.
