My Story

Hi there! I’m Lily 🌸🐾

I came into rescue with my brother Aster and my sisters Daisy, Rosie, and Poppy, and now I’m settling into foster life with my awesome Pyr foster sibling, Chandler, and two wonderful human kids… who even helped pick out my name! I think they did a pretty great job.

When I first arrived, I was a very timid girl. Everything felt big and new, and there were lots of things I wasn’t sure about — including stairs. They seemed SO scary at first! But Chandler patiently showed me how it’s done, and now I go up and down like a pro. My foster family says they are so proud of how much progress I’ve made.

Every day, I get a little braver and a little more confident. Underneath my shy beginning was always a very sweet, loving girl who just needed some time and encouragement to shine.

I love being around my people and enjoy the comfort of having a canine buddy around too. I’m gentle, affectionate, and such a sweetheart once I settle in. I also recently got groomed and did a fantastic job — everyone said I was calm and handled it really well!

I’m learning that home life is pretty wonderful… soft places to rest, people who love me, and friends to show me the way.

Now I’m looking for a forever family who will continue cheering me on as I grow into the confident, loving girl I’m meant to be. Could that be you? 💕
