Hello, everyone! I’m Lady A, and it is absolutely awesome to meet you! I’m a young pyr lady who is looking to be adored and cared for by her new family. Foster Mama says I have an aptitude for sweetness, and my loving attitude is starting to shine through each day. I’ll admit that I’m quite shy which makes me a little awkward in social situations, but my foster family is helping me learn that most people and dogs are really amiable and friendly. Foster Mom also tells me that I have an abundance of potential. I really want to play with other dogs and be affectionate with other people, and I know it will just take time and practice. When I’m in the yard by myself, I am an ardent runner. Playing and zooming around the yard is so much fun! While I’m still learning how to walk on the leash, I am trying to copy how to my foster siblings do it, so I know I’ll be an amazing leash-walker one day soon. My most admirable quality is that I am already adept at pottying outside which means I’m house trained! Lady A stands for Lady Adaptable because I’m learning new things every day, and I can’t wait to come home with you to keep learning what it means to be a part of a family.
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
