People! I want people! I might bark at you through the window but this 2.5-year-old, 101 lb. boy is ready for less alone time. The silver lining is I’m OK being alone in the house all day, in case you have to go to one of those job things. I also know what to do if you say “sit,” “come,” “stay,” or “down.” Other dogs are great play buddies, as long as they don’t eat my food. I once used my inside voice to remind another dog whose food bowl was whose. If you decide to please email info@greatpyratlanta.com, click “Contact Us” or choose “Apply to Adopt” below, I’ll probably jump all over you with pure joy but eventually, you can teach me a more appropriate greeting. (Hint: treats help me learn faster.)

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
