My Story:

Hi there! I’m Goliath, a big ole puppy on the lookout for my forever home.

I may be a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, I turn into a big ham—sweet, playful, and always ready for some fun!

I love following people around and giving them my best snorts while I sleep. Everyone says I’m super smart! I’m house trained and already know a few commands like “sit,” “come,” and “touch,” and I’m eager to learn more.

I also get along well with other dogs. I’m especially great with the senior dog in my foster home. The two of us hit it off right away, and my foster dad thinks it’s hilarious how our size difference shows when we play. One of my favorite things to do is dive into the dirt and roll around like a little barrel!

I can be a bit of a grazer when it comes to breakfast, but I definitely love dinner time! I’m not protective of my food or toys, and I’m not a big barker.

I’m leash trained and love walks, though a little cautious of loud cars. I’ve got some puppy energy, but after a walk and romp in the yard, I’m happy to lounge and be a couch potato.

I’m still a young pup, so I’m looking for a loving home where I can keep learning, playing, and being my goofy self. If you think I’d be a good fit for you, I’d love to meet you!

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
