Goldie B
I’m Goldie, a 6.5-year-old 100 lb girl with tons of great things to tell you about myself and something else you may have guessed from my picture: I’m blind. Fortunately, I can sit on command, potty outside, enjoy my walks, make friends with other dogs, and love cats and kids without being able to see. And, just like lots of dogs with two good eyes, I’m a little standoffish with strangers, afraid of loud noises such as thunder and fireworks, and I spook easily. It’s flattering to hear people say I’m an easy-going, obedient, playful, quiet, gentle, and friendly family dog. If you’re willing to meet me, and your home sounds like a safe place for me, please email info@greatpyratlanta.com or click “Apply to Adopt” below.
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
