My Story
Hi there, I’m Finn Beckett, and let me tell you — boarding life is not for me! I came from the shelter, and while I’m grateful to be safe, I’m really ready for a cozy home with people of my own. I’m a sweet, social guy who loves attention, and I’ll happily lean in for some pets or playtime.
I walk nicely on leash and stay calm around other dogs — I might get a little nosy, but I’m all about friendly curiosity, not drama. The folks at the clinic say I’m housebroken, a good eater (okay, a little messy… I like to make sure I don’t miss a bite), and full of personality.
I’ve been told I’m a bit of a “chatty boy,” and I’ll admit it — I like to express myself! I just want someone to hear me out… preferably from the comfort of a home, not a kennel.
If you’ve got room in your heart and home for a loving, fun, slightly goofy guy, I’m your Finn. I promise to make you smile every single day.

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
