When my travel partner’s human reclaimed him from the shelter, this 1-year-old, 75 lb. girl needed a new friend. So, here I am, paws crossed, hoping GPRA goes one step better and finds me a new family! I’ve heard I’m good with people and I really liked my friend who went home so maybe that means I can get along with your dog, too? Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
