Great Pyrenees
Sweet, playful Elsa here… Life has thrown me lots of unknowns. Last year, I was found as a stray and taken in by a caretaker, but this person no longer has enough time for me. So, here I am with GPRA putting my best pry paw forward to stay positive and “let it go”. (Heard that song in the “Frozen” movie while watching TV with my previous owner.)
Some good things about me are that I am house-trained and an easy-going Pyr. I have not been around other dogs, cats, or children, so these things will be new. However, I love playful interactions, so I cannot imagine not making new friends.
Looking forward to treats, love, and forever with a family…
Your good girl, Elsa

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
