My Story
Hello potential adopters! My name is Elsa, and I’m an almost 8-year-old royal who is looking for my forever castle. I prefer to reign as the one and only queen of my home—no other dogs, no cats, just me soaking up all the love (as it should be!).
I may be a queen, but I’m a pretty easygoing one. My activity level is low, so I won’t demand constant entertainment—just a comfy throne (your couch will do), some belly rubs, and a nice walk. I’m excellent on a leash and love greeting my people, whether they’re visitors, neighbors, or even the vet and groomer (yes, I’m that charming).
Here’s a few tidbits about me:
-
I’m house-trained and can be left alone for up to 8 hours—no messes, no drama.
-
I don’t like fireworks (seriously, who does?).
-
I know my manners—sit, off, and down.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and independent queen to rule your heart, I just might be the perfect match. Apply to meet me—your future best friend!
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
