My Story
Hi there! I’m Daisy 🌼
I came into rescue with my brother Aster and my sisters Lily, Poppy, and Rosie, and now Rosie and I are hanging out together in a foster home while we search for our forever families. We also have two foster dog siblings showing us how this whole “being a spoiled house dog” thing works… and I think I’m catching on pretty quickly!
If I’m being honest, I can be a little shy at first. New people and new places can make me want to take my time and figure things out. But once I realize everything is safe, my sweet side starts to shine. My foster mom says I’ve gotten so much braver — now I’m starting to come to her when she calls me, and I’m learning that people are pretty wonderful.
Once I warm up, I LOVE cuddles and playtime. I’m gentle, affectionate, and easygoing with everyone I meet. I’m great with kids, I enjoy other dogs, and I’m happy to share my food bowl because I’m not possessive at all.
I’m also learning leash walking and all the things puppies need to know. I’m smart, playful, and trying my best every day.
If you’re looking for a sweet girl who may take a minute to blossom but will reward you with lots of love and cuddles, I might just be your perfect match. 💛

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
