My Story

Hi, I’m Celia!

I’m a gentle, easy-going gal with a big heart and a soft soul, looking for my forever home (or a foster home while I wait).

I have always been a house-trained lady. When I need to go out, I quietly walk over to the door.

I enjoy nice walks (I’m moderate on the leash — not too fast, not too slow), and I’m used to roaming the house politely when left alone. I sleep on a cozy bed or the floor — no fuss, just comfort.

I don’t have allergies, skin issues, or anything else major going on health-wise. I’m not possessive about my food — you can even take it from me, though I’d rather you didn’t… I do love my meals!

I’m what people call a “family dog.” I bond deeply and love quietly. I’m not aggressive with strangers or children.

If you’re looking for a loyal, mellow companion who just wants to be near you, I might be your girl. Boarding is okay, but what I really dream about is a warm home with someone kind who’ll love me through my golden years.

Could that someone be you?

With love,
Celia 🐾

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
