Bruno
Hi ya’ll, I’m Bruno, a two year old, 100 lb boy who’s current family loves me enough to re-home me. I don’t know why humans get upset about what you call an Owner Turn In, most of the time the owner’s doing a really difficult and loving thing. Right now I live in very busy house with five kids and a sixth one on the way, whatever that means. I’m potty trained, fine in a crate, rarely alone, love swimming and afraid to leave my yard. Why? Because I’ve been attacked twice by stray dogs in my neighborhood. No lasting injuries but I’m starting to protect myself, even when I’m perfectly safe. I do need to learn to walk on a leash, and some other manners, and have a home with a structured environment with a strong, loving alpha. But enough about me, what about you? Is your heart looking for a guy like me? Are you dog-smart and strong enough to make me use my manners and follow the rules? If so, please email info@greatpyratlanta.com or click the “Apply to Adopt” button below.
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
