If a picture’s worth a 1000 words, then I can stop talking now. I mean, am I NOT the most adorable male, 24-week-old, 53 lb., almost house trained, completely crate trained, dog-loving Pyr puppy you’ve ever seen? My nickname is “Gibbs” so if you’re an NCIS fan, then clearly, I’m The One for you. I thought I was The One for someone else but our age difference (she’s in her early 90s!) proved too much for both of us. So, we made the kind, mature decision to go our own ways and let GPRA find me a new family. I haven’t met any kids or cats yet, but I hear kids are super fun and since I’m so young, you can add cat-training to our “Things the Puppy Needs to Learn to Be a Great Dog” list. I’m ready to start knocking down that list, and probably a few knick-knacks with my tail once in a while. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
