My Story

Hi there! My name is Bonnie Coconut, and I’m a sweet, happy girl looking for my second chance at forever. 💕

After spending the last 4 years with my family, life took an unexpected turn, and through no fault of my own, I found myself back with GPRA. While it was a big change, I’ve settled beautifully into my foster home and am ready to find the family I’m meant to spend the rest of my life with.

If you’re looking for an easygoing companion, I might be your perfect match! I’m completely house-trained, have great leash manners, and know commands like Sit and Come. I love going for walks, riding in the car, and tagging along wherever my people go. Honestly, I’m happiest just being part of the family.

I’m a loving, gentle girl who enjoys meeting new people and does wonderfully with children. I also get along great with other dogs! In fact, I’d really love a home with another large dog because I absolutely enjoy having a canine buddy to play with. (The only friends I need to skip are cats—they make my allergies act up!)

Bath time? No problem! Grooming? Easy peasy! I’m well-mannered, don’t guard my food, and have the kind of calm, loving personality that makes me a wonderful companion.

All I want is a family to love, a comfy place to rest my head, and someone to share life’s adventures with. I have so much love left to give, and I can’t wait to find the forever home where I truly belong.
