My Story
Hi there! I’m Bobby — but you can call me Bo! 🐾
I’m a friendly, happy-go-lucky pup with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. The minute I meet someone new — whether it’s adults, kids, neighbors, or just folks walking down the street — I’m ready to say hi with a wagging tail and a big smile. I’m confident, curious, and always up for a new adventure (especially if it involves a car ride or a squeaky toy)!
I’ve been living in a foster home where I’m getting lots of love, attention, and chances to show off how smart I am. In fact, I already know “sit” and “down” — and I’m a quick learner, especially when treats are involved (did I mention I love food?). I’m also respectful of the house rules — I’ve learned not to get on the furniture and I’m working hard on my potty training. I think I’m starting to get the hang of it!
I get along well with other dogs, too. I’ve also met some cats! I didn’t notice them at first, and when I did, I was more curious than anything. One of them zoomed away — no harm done! I just wanted to play.
Toys? LOVE them. Especially anything squeaky. Cardboard boxes? Even better! I also adore affection and just being near my people. Whether we’re playing or relaxing, I’m happiest when I’m included.
I’d love to find my forever home with someone who’ll keep helping me learn, give me lots of love (and snacks), and let me be my silly, affectionate, eager-to-please self. If you’re looking for a smart, sweet, and fun companion — I might just be your guy.
Can’t wait to meet you!
Love,
Bo (aka Bobby) 🐶💛
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
