Hello, my name is Bentley Y. I am a very lovable young boy only about 8 months old and underweight at 67 lbs. I am new to this group and so far, this is the best place I have been in my short life so far. Before coming here, I spent a few days with a lady who adopted me from a local shelter. She felt so bad for me being in that environment she took me home with her. As much as she loved me and wanted me to blend in with her family, she knew she would not have the time to commit to me and the training I will need. Thanks to her for springing me out of the shelter and giving me not only my 2nd chance, but I get a 3rd chance too! I am in search for my new family where I can enjoy my next chapter. I am learning house manners and working on my confidence. GPRA is still learning more about me and as I wow them with my special talents, they will update you. Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
