My Story

Hey there! I’m Beau, and I’m currently in a wonderful foster home, getting ready for my forever family.
I’m an affectionate, curious, and goofy guy who’s always looking for love, food, and affection. I’ve got a lot of heart and get along great with everyone—especially other dogs, cats, and kids! I love being around them!

If you’re wondering about my health, I’m in top shape! I’m active and love being outdoors, running around the property, and exploring the world around me. I’m great on a leash and enjoy going for walks (1-2 miles a day), though I do like to wind down with a good nap afterward. I especially enjoy playtime with my foster sister, Rosie, a Pyr, and we have a blast together—jumping around and just having fun!

I also love hanging out with my foster human siblings. They’re young and love giving me attention, and I’m super chill with it—no complaints from me! Sometimes I even sleep in their room and keep them company.

I’ve got my bathroom routine down with no accidents inside. I’ve also got my favorite spot for doing my business! I’m not destructive either, so you can leave me alone in the house without worry.

I might be a bit of a table cruiser (hey, I love food!), so I’ve been known to sneak a meal off the table when no one’s looking. But don’t worry, I’m really coachable, and I’ll learn quickly with a little guidance. I’m not picky and will happily eat whatever’s put in front of me—and fast! When it comes to treats, I’m all in but I’m not possessive about them. I even let my foster mom move my food bowl around without any issue—I’m an easygoing guy.

I’m a gentle soul who loves to be petted. I’ll even lean into you when I want some love—how cute is that?

One of my quirks is how I chase birds—yep, I’ll run around like a goofy dog trying to catch them, even when they’re way up in the sky! It’s pretty funny to watch. I also enjoy car rides and can hop right in on my own.
