My Story

Hi there! I’m Bear Lane—your future best buddy, biggest cheerleader, and number one tail-wagger. I’m a friendly, outgoing guy with a lot of love to give and a voice to match (I’m a bit of a talker, but only when I’ve got something important to say—like “Yay, you’re home!”).

I’m not the type to be in a hurry all the time—sure, I like a quick run around the yard, but I’m just as happy to relax and hang out. I’m a grazer when it comes to food, and I especially love pizzles and cow ears. I don’t guard my food or toys—sharing is caring, right?

I absolutely adore people, and I’m known for my signature Bear Hugs. I might squint a little when you go in for head pats (hey, we all have our quirks), but I trust you and love your attention. My foster mom says I’m respectful of fences, cooperative with handling, and I’ve learned to keep my kennel clean.

I ride like a champ in the car (I can even hop in myself!) and I’m learning how to walk nicely on a leash—sometimes I get excited and pull, but I’m working on it. I do bark at noises or when I’m feeling playful, but I’m just letting you know I’m on the job.
