Baron
Hi everyone, My name is Baron. I am a regal boy who is around 5 years old and was saved from a life on a chain by a very caring lady who lived in Florida. She took me in to care for me and give me the life I deserve. However, I did not get along with her small dogs at the time. I was able to go into a nice boarding facility to have a roof over my head and a cool floor to sleep on. She made a commitment to me, came to visit me every day and took me for long walks. My friend took great care of me and helped me get rid of those nasty heart worms and got me neutered. Once I was all healed and ready for my forever home, she contacted GPRA. This group opened their hearts to me and promised to find me my forever home. I am on the taller side and will need a home with a secure fence or a commitment to leash walks. I am a sweetheart and love everyone I meet. I will do better in a home with a dog that is closer in my size as I think the smaller ones get a little intimidated by my size. I cannot wait to see what my future hold and excited to me my new family soon. For more information about me or any of my other cousins, contact GPRA today at info@greatpyratlanta.com
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
