Great Pyrenees

Hi, my name is Ash and I am a young boy about 1 years old.  I came into rescue with my brother, Jacob.  We both were bored being left alone in a yard and just knew there was more for us on the other side.  Thanks to the kind folks at GPRA, they committed to pulling us from the shelter and promised us both an adventurous journey to our new lives.  I am in a great foster home and learning house manners.  I guess you can say that I am doing PYRfect.  I am create trained, and house broken.   I really LOVE my walks and good on a leash.  I will do better in a home that has a larger fenced in area so that I can get my puppy like energy out.  I am great with other dogs and love riding in the car on adventures.   I will be a big boy when fully grown so be prepared for a big lap dog.  Can you find room in your home for me?  Contact GPRA today at to find out more about me.

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
