My Story

Hi, I’m Andre! I’m a sweet, chill pup looking for my forever home, and I’m doing great in my foster home. I love cuddles and am always up for a snuggle session, so if you’re into that, I’m your guy!

I know a few basic commands like “Sit” and “Come,” and I’m a good listener, so I’ll follow them with no problem. I get along super well with other dogs — I’m very submissive and sweet with them, and I don’t jump up or get overly excited. Cats? I’m cool with them too! I’ll bark once to say hello, then just sit there and let them come to me. No harm here!

Strangers don’t faze me either. I’m just docile and chill when meeting new people, and I’m great with kids too. Whether you’re a kid, an adult, or a fellow pup, I’m easygoing all around.

I’m not picky about my food, either — I won’t get possessive, and I’ll even drop a piece on the floor to share with the cat. You can take food right out of my mouth if you need to, no problem!

I’m also a fan of car rides and running, so if you’re into adventures, I’d love to join you. And don’t worry, I’m fine with you touching me anywhere or grabbing my collar — I’m not easily startled and am just happy to be around you!

If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion, I might be the perfect match for you!

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
