The name’s Skye McCloud, and I’m here to bring you sunshine on any cloudy day! I’m a young pyr lady with a personality as beautiful and welcoming as a clear, blue sky. With me, you’ll be on cloud nine because of how friendly I am. Foster Mama says I’m good with people, kids, other dogs, and cats. What more could you want? My foster dog brother and I have a blast playing in the backyard. I like to run around him, and we have zoomies together! Because I’m an energetic and playful young pyr girl, I’ll need a yard. Also, I’m house-trained, but I only potty off-leash which is why I need a fenced-in yard too. We can go other places besides the backyard, though, because I’m a good car rider, and I’m as sweet as a cloud of cotton candy with anyone I meet. Foster Mama also says that I need a confident doggy companion because I take my cues from him. When we go on walks, I get really excited to see my human and fuzzy friends, so I am strong on the leash. But, with my foster pyr brother by my side, I am learning how to slow down my pace and take in the sunshine. And, when Foster Mom leaves us at home, I get a little nervous, yet I’m still good in the house without being crated because I’ve got my foster doggy brother to be my friend. My foster dog brother is my bff, but my humans are my world! You might even say that my love-bug levels are sky-high! My foster family says I’m a velcro pyr which means I love to be wherever you are. When I’m inside, I’m calm and relaxed as long as I’m getting cuddled. I don’t even mind being brushed. Hanging with my humans is as lovely as floating on a cloud! Because I love my people so much, I take direction really well. Foster Mom says I’m a smart girl who is food and treat-motivated, so I’m learning the basic commands with some training treats and lots of praise.
