My Story

Hi there! My name is Sully Blue, and if you’re looking for a gentle giant with a heart of gold, I think we should meet!

Everyone who spends time with me says I’m one of the sweetest boys around. In fact, GPRA’s walking team absolutely adores me! I love getting out for walks, spending time with my people, and soaking up all the love and attention they have to give.

I’m a pretty easy-going guy. I’m house-trained, I ride nicely in the car, and I don’t mind being brushed. Whether we’re heading out on an adventure or just relaxing at home, I’m happy as long as I’m with my family.

I absolutely love kids and have a gentle nature that makes me a wonderful companion. I also do well with other dogs, especially females or neutered males.

When I first arrived at boarding, I have to admit… those shiny floors looked pretty scary! I wasn’t sure about walking on them at all. But with a little patience and encouragement, I realized they weren’t so bad after all. Now I walk across them like a pro! My friends say it shows how willing I am to trust and learn when someone believes in me.

I even met some cats! I carefully walked over to say hello, but when one puffed up at me, I decided it was probably best to mind my own business, and that’s exactly what I did.

I’m not looking for anything fancy. I just want a family who will love me as much as I’ll love them. I have a gentle soul, a loyal heart, and I’m ready to spend the rest of my life being someone’s very best friend.
