My Story

Hi there! I’m Mo, and I’m ready to be your gentle little shadow. 🐾

I may not be able to see the world around me anymore — I lost my sight due to glaucoma, and I’ve had surgery to remove my eyes — but I still feel all the love, warmth, and kindness that surrounds me. Right now, I’m staying in a cozy foster home where I’m learning the ropes, relaxing, and letting my fur grow back after being shaved. (I promise, I’ll be fluffier soon!)

I’m a quiet, low-key gal who’s happiest snuggled on the couch or in my crate (with the door open, of course — I like options!). I don’t mind being alone during the day and I’m totally fine with other dogs, cats, kids, and even new people — I love attention from anyone willing to give it!

You can touch me anywhere — I’m very easygoing. I’m not food possessive either, and I share nicely with my doggy friends during mealtimes.

All in all, I’m a sweet, family-loving dog looking for a calm, loving home where I can continue my journey with grace and lots of cuddles. I may not see with my eyes, but I promise — I’ll find my way right into your heart. 💛

Love,
Mo

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
