My Story

Hi there! My name is Rita, and my foster mom says I am one of the sweetest girls around. I’m currently living in a foster home with two other dogs while I wait for my forever family to find me.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who wants to be by your side, I just might be your girl. I love people and form strong bonds with my humans. In fact, I’m known for following my foster mom around the house because I simply enjoy being near her. Whether you’re working, watching TV, or just relaxing, I’ll happily keep you company.

My foster mom describes me as sweet, friendly, affectionate, smart, and strong. I have excellent house manners and am fully house-trained. When I need to go outside, I’ll politely paw at my person to let them know. I’m also trustworthy when left home alone and spend my time napping instead of getting into trouble.

I get along well with my foster dog siblings, although I’m definitely more interested in people than other dogs. I occasionally try to convince my foster brother to play, but when he lets me know he’s not interested, I respect his wishes and move on.

I’m a pretty easy-going girl overall. I enjoy being brushed, love treats, and happily take my medications hidden in peanut butter. I’m not much of a barker, I don’t chew things up, and I’m not interested in guarding food or toys. My foster mom says I’m very smart because I quickly learned how to use a ramp to get on and off the bed all by myself!

Because I have a bit of a limp, I’m not looking for a jogging partner or hiking buddy. I prefer a more relaxed lifestyle filled with comfy dog beds, affection, and quality time with my people. That said, don’t let my limp fool you—I can still get excited when I spot a squirrel!

My favorite things include treats, naps, being petted, and spending time with my favorite humans. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who will always be happy to see you, I would love the chance to meet you.

Could you be my forever family?

My Story

Hi there! I’m Stetson, and I’m on the hunt for my forever home.🐾

Everyone says I’m a happy, sweet guy, and I have to admit… it’s true! The walkers love spending time with me and say I’m a “pyrfect gentleman” when we walk or jog the trails together. I walk beautifully on leash and enjoy getting out to stretch my legs, then heading back for some quality time with my people. Everyone has fallen for my easygoing charm. 💛

I’m a strong, affectionate boy who absolutely loves cuddling — on the couch, in bed, wherever you are! I like to stay close and keep my loved ones company. I’m also a smart pup and eager to please. I already know commands like sit, stay, and off, and I enjoy learning new things.

Mealtime is one of my favorite times of day! I’m a great eater, I sit politely before meals, and I have wonderful manners. I’m not a counter-surfer, and I’m happy to enjoy my food and then relax. Overall, I make things nice and easy.

I adore meeting people and am friendly with visitors. I’m house-trained, appreciate a good routine, and love all the attention you want to give — belly rubs, brushing, and pets are at the top of my list. When it’s time to unwind, I’m a professional snuggler. Sometimes I even sleep on my back with a paw in the air — it’s my signature comfy pose! 💤

I’d love a home where I can soak up lots of love and attention. A secure, fenced yard would be wonderful for stretching my legs, and I’m just as happy enjoying outdoor adventures as I am curling up for cozy couch time.

If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with a big heart and an even bigger smile, I think we might be perfect for each other.

I can’t wait to meet you! Stetson🐶
