Hello, Pyr Friends! Give a warm welcome to me, Bagel Oakland! Pyr pups are special, and to be raised right, I’ll need training through positive reinforcement, which means rewarding behavior with treats and praise. Because I’m so observant, I’m already learning how to be a good boy from the older dogs in my foster home. They’re like the yeast in the bagel dough just helping me to grow! Foster Mama says I’m very intelligent too, so I learn quickly. Like all puppies, I need potty training, leash training, and basic command training too. Doggy-safe peanut butter is a good motivator for me. I’ve heard some humans like to spread it on their morning bagel, so you’ll probably have a jar of it in the house. With all the positive reinforcement I’m getting from my foster family, I’ve already master the “sit” command. Everyone knows making a perfect bagel takes time and effort, and this Bagel is no different! Right now, I’m teething and like to chew which means I’ll need some sturdy chew toys to keep me busy. And, of course, I’ll need lots of love. Don’t worry because I give lots of love back. I’ll be the bagel to your cream cheese! This Bagel boy (that’s me) is described as brave and curious. I was such a courageous pup meeting the family cat, and I respect him a lot. I even learned how to love car rides! Foster Mom also says the leader of the pack. Makes sense because I’m a big pyr pup. In my book, the bigger the bagel, the better! In all my cute pics, you can see me exploring the yard and even taking a ride in a wagon. Foster Mama thinks that I’m basically the perfect combination of snuggles and sass. What more could you want? My cuddly nature combined with my playful personality is why I am so good with kids and other dogs! She also tells me that I’m the quintessential Great Pyrenees. Wow! Please consider adopting me and helping me to grow into the best pyr boy I can be!

Hello, darlings! I’m Dolly Green, and I’m giving you the green light to adopt me! I can fit in with almost any family because I’m good with kids and other dogs. When you’re with me, the grass is always greener because I’m such an affectionate and social pup! You’ll see my sister, Daisy, and I frolicking in the green grass. We just have so much fun together! Because I’m energetic, I know I’d enjoy a backyard to play in. I may not have a green thumb, but I do like spending time in the yard. I’m even good at pottying outside! When I’m not playing with my furry or hooman friends, I love to play with my toys. I’m not into dolls or action figures, but chew toys and tennis balls are great! Pyr pups like me are still green when it comes to leash and potty training, but with positive reinforcement, I’ll be sure to catch on. Your neighbors will be green with envy at how confident and smart I am which will make teaching me new things easy and fun. Be a doll and consider taking me home!

Hi-ya, I’m Toast! You know what can keep you roasty-toasty warm this winter? Me! My name’s not Toast for nothing. I love to nestle in by my humans and get all the love and attention you can give me. My doggy brother is my cuddle buddy too. I need another dog to play with and sleep next to. After kids, a doggy companion is the best thing since sliced bread! This piece of Toast gets along with dogs both young and old, so I can fit in almost anywhere. When I don’t have my foster family to play with, I love to chew on my puppy teething bones and to play with my many toys. With toys and a fuzzy friend, I’m not destructive in the house. I’ll also be the toast of the town, or at least the house, because I’m so darn smart and trainable. Foster Mama says I listen really well, and I’ve already taught myself to go to the door to say, “I need to go potty outside, please!” I even learned how to go down the steps to the backyard in one day! If I ever have to potty really bad, I make sure to go on a pee pad too. Foster Mama says my listening skills make me as good and special as avocado toast! I don’t know what an avocado is, but I do know something else that makes me unique. I’m a pyr-mix puppy! My dad is a pyr, and my mom is a pyr-lab mix. Toast needs time to get crispy delicious, and I’ll need someone to take the time to continue my command, leash, and potty training. If I could propose a toast to you, I’d say take me home and help me become the toasti-est Toast I can be.

Hi, I’m Butter, and I’m told that butter makes everything better! I know I’ll do just that by coming home with you because I’m so loving. My foster mama says that all I want to do is snuggle and be loved by my humans. I love my doggy brother too. Having a playmate is like butter on toast; I gotta have it! Sleeping next to my dog brother just makes me feel so comfy and safe like a warm, buttery-soft hug. I will fit into almost any home because I get along with younger dogs, but I respect older dogs too. Kids are also fun to play with. When I’m not cuddling close with my brother or hanging out with the family, I enjoy playing with toys or chewing on puppy teething bones. As long as I have my toys to play with, I’m never destructive in the house. Foster Mama says I’m very smart and trainable, so you don’t have to butter me up to get me to do the right thing! I’m already using the pee pads on my own, and I go to the door to say, “Potty time!” and do my business outside. I even learned to go down the steps to the yard in just a day. My quick learning makes me one special puppy, and I’m unique in another way too. I’m a pyr-mix pup! My dad is a pyr, and my mom is a pyr-lab mix. Churning butter takes work, and while I’m a really good boy, I’ll need someone to continue my command training, leash training, and potty training. Don’t be butterfingers! Adopt me today and help me grow into the best Butter I can be.
