Hello, I am the precious Nike. My littermate, Hera, is also available for adoption. Wouldn’t you agree that both Hera and I are the most adorable puppies you have ever seen? We sure are! Both of us are Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherd mix.
This means that I am an Anatolian Pyrenees. Isn’t this awesome? I cannot wait to grow up to be just like all of the other GPRA gentle giants!

As you probably know, both the Great Pyrenees and the Anatolian Shepherd are great guardians. Though protective, the Anatolian Shepherd is calm, friendly, and affectionate with their family. Breed characteristics also include being intelligent and independent. Well, we have a long way to go until we are independent.

Like every puppy, we have a short checklist of things that will help us grow up to be the very best Anatolian Pyrenees we can be. This includes lots of love, lots of patience, lots of training, lots of consistency, lots of exercise, and lots of time with our favorite humans. Come meet me soon!
Your little cutie pie, Nike

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.

Hi, I’m Nolan! My mom Marissa and I have just arrived from a shelter and can’t wait to find a fur-ever home. I’m only two months old but already know I want to be someone’s best friend to grow older with. More info coming soon…
