Moochie, here! And, I’m ready to give you lots of smoochies! My GPRA friends say I’m very lovable. Getting pets also makes this poochie smile. Just check out all my grinning pics! I was getting lots of ear and noses scratches that day, and those are my favorite kind of scratches. Being around people always gives me a rush like a cup of mocha! I’ll even say, “More attention, please!” with a nice pyr paw. Kids are fun to be with as well. They’re as sweet as mochi ice cream just like me! While I’m a velcro pup who wants to be right beside you, I like being with other dogs too. I am energetic like a human after drinking a matcha latte, so I know I’d love a doggy sibling or some doggy friends to play with. We could frolic around in the backyard or at a dog park. Scoochie, I mean scooch, on over and apply to adopt me!

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.

The name’s Skye McCloud, and I’m here to bring you sunshine on any cloudy day! I’m a young pyr lady with a personality as beautiful and welcoming as a clear, blue sky. With me, you’ll be on cloud nine because of how friendly I am. Foster Mama says I’m good with people, kids, and cats. What more could you want? Every time I see other dogs, I get so happy, so I’m going to be great with them too. I get really excited to see my human and fuzzy friends, so I am strong on the leash. Foster Mom and I are working on it together, though. My love-bug levels are also sky-high! My foster family says I’m a velcro pyr which means I love to be wherever you are. Getting lots of pets makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. While getting attention is as lovely as floating on a cloud, I like to play too! I still get the zoomies and am energetic, so a backyard to frolic in will be lots of fun. We can even go other places besides the backyard because I’m a good car rider. When it comes to how much I’ll love you and your family, the sky is the limit, so consider adopting me today!

Warmer weather is here, and so are we! I’m Laurel; it’s me on the right! And, I’m Hardy on the left! We’re the sweetest brother boys this side of the equator. Our GPRA transporter said we were very affectionate too. For us, snuggles and pets from our humans are like sunshine after the rain. We just love people! Being brothers, we’re also great roomies, so we probably get along with other dogs too. It would be awesome to have some fun in the sun with other doggy siblings or just with each other. A six-foot fence sounds like a good idea too because we may be escape artists. Another thing we’re working on is our leash manners. Leash-walking is a new concept for us, but we’ll catch on quick! Our names mean bold and victorious, so walking well on the leash is something we can totally achieve. Brave is another meaning for our names, and our GPRA transporter said we were so brave and jumped right in the car. He said we were excellent car riders too. If you’re searching for two cuddly pyr boys to brighten up the dog days of summer, look no further, we’re here and ready to come home with you!
