My Story
Hi there! I’m Mia — your future best friend, professional greeter, and part-time singer 🎶 (you’ll have to hear my adorable little howl/growl when I say hello or when it’s time to eat… it’s kind of my signature move!).
Unlike my sister, I’m more of a “run right up and say hi” kind of girl. I LOVE people and am always ready to make a new friend. If you’re sitting down, I’ll happily come over, give you the classic Pyr paw, and roll right onto my back for belly rubs — because, obviously, that’s where I belong!
I’m already doing a great job learning my puppy manners. I’ve had zero accidents so far and will cry and paw at the pen door when I need to go potty. I listen really well when I hear “no,” even when I’m feeling a little mischievous (like when I think digging might be a fun idea!). I also know how to sit and am excited to keep learning more.
I LOVE toys and playtime — especially with my sister Ava. I’ve got a fun, playful personality but also a super sweet and affectionate side. I’m the perfect mix of silly and snuggly.
I’m looking for a forever home where I can share all my love, keep you entertained with my little “songs,” and be your loyal companion. If you’re looking for a confident, friendly pup who will bring joy, laughter, and lots of cuddles into your life… I’m your girl!

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
