My Story

Hi there… I’m Tallulah 💕

I may be a little shy when we first meet, but if you give me a little time and patience, I promise I’ll show you my sweet and loving side.

I’m a quiet girl—no barking here—and I have lovely manners. I walk nicely on a leash, keep my space clean (yes, I’m housebroken!), and I’m a great eater too. I’ve even mastered taking treats and medicine like a pro… especially if they come in those tasty pill pockets.

Other dogs? I don’t seem to mind them much when I pass by—I’m more of a “do my own thing” kind of girl right now. I haven’t quite figured everything out yet, but I’m learning more every day and growing more confident as I go.

I came from a shelter, so I’m still getting used to the world and all the love that comes with it. What I really need is a calm, patient home that will let me blossom at my own pace. Once I feel safe, I’ll be your gentle, loyal companion—the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart.

If you’re looking for a sweet soul who just needs a little time to shine, I might be your girl.

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
