My Story

Hi, I’m Joplin 💕

I’m a happy, affectionate girl who’s looking for a foster or forever home as my family prepares to move out of the country. This change isn’t because of anything I did—I’ve been a loved family dog, and now I just need a new place to land where I can keep being myself.

I’m very sweet, friendly, and easygoing. I love people of all ages (I’ve lived with kids!) and greet strangers with a wagging tail. Other dogs? I’m playful and polite. Walks are one of my strong suits—I’m an excellent walker, and being outside with my person makes me very happy.

I’m almost always house-trained and will bark to let you know when I need to go out. I know my basics like sit, come, and down, and I’m easy to call back if I get loose. I enjoy being active—running, playing ball, and tossing around my toys are some of my favorite things. When it’s time to relax, I’m all about pets, affection, and being close.

I’m gentle with food, comfortable being handled anywhere, and I don’t have fears or dislikes to worry about. I’m the kind of dog who just wants to love and be loved—steady, loyal, and full of heart.
