My Story
Hi, I’m Linda! I may start out a little shy, but once I know you, I’ll be your sweetest and most affectionate friend. I love to offer my paw for pats, lean in close for cuddles, and show off my zoomies in the yard when I’m happy.
I enjoy a nice balance of play and relaxation—after a short run or two, I’ll happily “sploot” in the grass and soak up the day. I walk well on a leash, know how to sit, and I’m very polite about waiting to go potty outside.
I’m friendly with people and learning to build confidence around other dogs. I don’t mind sharing my toys and I’m happy to let my human take food or treats away. Baths and brushing aren’t my favorite yet, but I’m working on it.
Car rides? I’ll hop in with a little encouragement and ride quietly once we’re on the road. I respect fences, don’t drool much, and bark only when needed.
My foster says the best part about me is how affectionate I am—after my zoomies, I always come back to check in for more love. I’m ready to find my forever family who will give me patience, love, and lots of pats!
Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta
Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
