My Story

Hi there! I’m Bentley!

I’m a big, loving guy who’s always up for cuddles, and I’m especially known for my affection—if you’re nearby, I’m likely leaning in for love.

I’m a house-trained gentleman with excellent manners, a medium energy level, and a serious love for humans. Whether we’re lounging on the couch or going for a car ride (yes, I love those!), I’m happiest when I’m by your side.

I sleep soundly in the house (yes, I get couch privileges), politely paw at the door when I need to go out, and know my basic commands like sit, down, and come. I’m a really good boy indoors and can be left alone for a few hours without causing any trouble. I love being brushed—just please go easy on my tail; I’m a little sensitive there, but I’ll tolerate it if you’re gentle.

But let’s be real—I’m not here to make dog friends. In fact, I’d prefer to be your one and only. While I adore people (kids included!), I can be selective around other dogs, especially on leash. I’m also not into sharing food, toys, or attention with other pets—so a dog-free foster or forever home would make me happiest. A fenced yard would be ideal so I can stretch my legs in peace.

I’m affectionate, loyal, and ready to bond deeply with someone who truly gets me. Could that be you? I promise I’ll love you forever and be the best cuddle buddy you’ve ever had. 🐾

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
