Summer is just around the corner, and so are we! We’re the Summer Litter, and we’re so excited to come home with you! Just look at us frolicking in the sun in that first picture. As pups, we still have that rise and shine energy which means we will need a way to get out our zoomies and a place to do our training. Us little rays of sunshine will also need potty-training, leash-training, and basic command training. The most important thing with pyr puppy training is a sunny disposition a.k.a. positive reinforcement. Basically, whenever you’re trying to teach us anything like sit or pottying outside, praise and treats are the right way to help us learn. If you give us a lot of love, patience, and positive reinforcement (treats and praise), we’ll be walking on sunshine! Most of us pups are pyr girlies: Faith, Buffy, Anya, Dawn, and Willow. Two of us, though, are pyr boys: Giles and Spike. Pyr puppies are known to brighten people’s lives, so if you’re ready to fill your house with positive vibes, consider taking one of us home today!

Donate to Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta

Our main mission at GPRA is to find the right permanent home for Great Pyrenees in distress, whether they are strays or from an overpopulated kill or no-kill shelter. We don’t care how old they are or what their medical condition is because we will make sure they receive a comprehensive medical evaluation, spaying or neutering, and even behavioral training if necessary.
